The student is visiting DHS for the purpose of investigation. They are either planning to enroll or conducting a study through their home school (i.e. Graduation Project). Written permission must be submitted to the principal's office from the parents of both students a day in advance. Parents must acknowledge that they are aware that their son/daughter is visiting and/or hosting a visitor.
The visitor and the host check into the high school lobby reception area the morning of the visitation. Student must secure and wear a visitor's ID badge at all times.
Alumni of DHS are welcome to visit faculty and staff following the 2:45 PM dismissal time or by a scheduled appointment with the faculty/staff member. Alumni must check in at the lobby or office prior to the visit.
