During the four day experience students learned backpacking aspects, on and off-trail navigation, LNT (Leave No Trace) campcraft, the awareness of pushing oneself beyond perceived physical, emotional, mental and social limitations. These traits made this experience much more than just a backpacking trip for these DEEP students.
